<--- The Amphitheatre

The amphitheatre at Die Kalkoonde is beautifully situated in the landscape, blending in with the natural environment of wild olive trees and partly flanked by the dam. It is the perfect venue for your dream wedding ceremony. The amphitheatre has a maximum capacity of 120 guests. No matter where your guests are situated in this venue, they will be ensured of a golden circle ticket to your special day. We offer a wooden arch that is available on the premises, however you are welcome to bring your own or discuss any alternative requirements. Also available is a wooden stand for the marriage officer’s books if required. If the weather is unfavourable on your special day, you are welcome to use an alternative venue on the property for your ceremony (with prior planning).

The Deck --->

The deck on the dam is another amazing part of Die Kalkoonde that can used for your wedding ceremony. It has a maximum capacity of 100 guests. Unfortunately we do not have an arch for this area, however you are welcome to bring your own or discuss any alternative requirements. A wooden stand for the marriage officer’s books is available if required. The Alternative Venue --->

The alternative venue is available for your ceremony in case of rain. This is the area we usually use for the signing of the register. It is also used for photos. Unfortunately our wooden arch cannot be brought into the venue because of its size. This area can accommodate 120 guests for the ceremony.
